Vol07:Fundamental-Exercises-B

From ITF Legacy Project

A brief explanation from the editor:

This section of Volume 7 contains 218 different exercises each containing a technique or a series of techniques to practice. Rather than include them all in a block of text and for ease of readability I intend to create each exercise as a separate page and link to them all here. This is subject to change, particularly if I find a better way of doing it.

Following the full list of fundamentals in this book is the following text:

Remarks:

1. The secret of learning the fundamental movements correctly with the least amount of effort in the shortest period of time is to understand the purpose and concepts of each movement clearly.

2. Emphasis is always placed on the repetition of each fundamental movement to attain perfection.

3. Taekwon-Do is composed of a myriad of fundamental move- ments. Unfortunately, time and space do not permit listing all of them in this book. The most common and useful, however, have been presented.

4.For more efficient performance of each pattern, it is almost mandatory to practice neccessary fundamental movements, espe- cially those required in the particular pattern before hand.

5. It is of utmost importance to maintain the correct stance at all times during the exercise.
